If as a Partial Preterist you can just ignore most of the scripture references in the WCF and still say that you hold to the WCF then why don't we just ignore all of the references, say that we believe in a 3rd Coming and Phyiscal Resurrecion, but that it just is not in the Bible and then we are magically Orthodox.
Or, if we need to give up a verse then give up (for example) John 6 last day or some obscure scripture reference = 3rd…

Some more comments that show that Frame (who is supported by Talbotites) is going against the grain of true Reformed Theology. The reason I am posting all of these is because the Postmill (Talbotites) try to claim that they are Reformed and that we Full Prets can not be. The trouble is that they also have many allegations against them about not being Reformed as well. I personally don't need the lable. I am a Sovereign Grace Preterist. I am just pointing out the irony and hypocricy…

To Recap: The Postmill / Theonomy position is not seen as "Reformed" by many, many, many Reformed Professors and groups. Amill. is the Reformed view. The Creeds and Reformed Confessions only support an Amill. view. Therefore Postmill is not seen as a "Reformed" position by many of the Reformed. Many see Postmill as dangerous and something that must be rejected.
1. We have already shown that Jason and Talbot and Sam are actually denying Scripturalism now (i.e. they are…

Canon Formed Church or Church Formed Canon?
Why Full Prets Can Use The Bible As The Standard / Why The Futurist Church Can Not Use The Confessions As The Standard.
Jason Bradfield made a great point back then in 2009 to me. You see folks, if you are a Scripturalist (as Sam / Bradfield and the Talbotites claim to be) then you must agree with Bradfield's previous Feb 2009 argument. Therefore, to hold the Creeds and Confessions first (above scripture) - is wrong.…

No clouds, white horse, lightning or fanfare, but I have come again in all humility. LoL Thanks for the welcome. In some ways I feel that I've been gone for a lifetime and yet it was only 2 years. More hair has departed and my aging body is beginning to feel the wear and tear of too much youthful pavement pounding, but I'm back to set everyone straight on every issue since I now hold the keys to right thinking. :) Seriously, if anything has taken place, I have been tempered by the toils of life and I have a greater appreciation for the need to make a positive contribution. Mike, you have remained steady over the years and for that I am grateful. Thanks again, brother. Godspeed!

I'm back, it seems that something went wrong with my account. Everything is well, The Lord is sooooo good and merciful, I love Him so much day after day, no matter what, whether things are going ok or not, He REIGNS, and that should bring us to our knees in adoration that it's due unto Him.
Blessings to you and your family.
